Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a fastener supplier and custom sourcing partner working with qualified manufacturing partners. Yangzhou Shuojia was founded in 2019, and our team has more than 30 years of fastener-industry experience.
Which DIN, ISO, ANSI and GB standards do you supply?
We source standard and custom fasteners against the exact standard, revision, dimensions and acceptance criteria stated in each request for quotation. Please include the complete standard designation so compatibility can be confirmed before quotation.
What materials and strength grades are available?
Material and strength grade are confirmed for each item before quotation. Send the required material specification, property class or grade, and any certificate requirement so the proposed supply can be checked against your application.
Can you supply custom fasteners from drawings or samples?
Yes. We coordinate drawing- and sample-based sourcing with qualified manufacturing partners. A controlled drawing, material, finish, quantity and inspection requirements are needed before feasibility and tooling are confirmed.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the fastener, material, finish, tooling and packing method. It is confirmed in the written quotation rather than presented as one figure for every product.
Can you provide material certificates and inspection reports?
Available documentation is confirmed before order placement. State whether you require material certificates, dimensional reports, hardness results, coating-thickness records or third-party inspection in the RFQ.
What surface treatments are available?
Surface treatment is selected against the drawing, service environment and corrosion requirement. Specify the coating type, colour, thickness or test requirement so the correct process can be quoted.
How long do sampling and mass production take?
Lead time is confirmed after the specification, tooling status, quantity, inspection plan and packing are reviewed. The quotation states the agreed sampling and production schedule.
How do you control dimensions, threads and coating thickness?
The inspection plan is matched to the order specification. It can include dimensional and thread-gauge checks, hardness testing and coating-thickness measurement when those requirements are stated and agreed.
Which Incoterms and payment methods do you support?
Commercial terms are agreed per quotation and destination. Include the delivery country, preferred Incoterm and requested payment arrangement so the sales team can confirm the applicable option.
